I decided to take off Thursday and Friday for some needed R&R.  Thursday we met Amy, Ava and Lexi for breakfast then headed back to their house to play!

Some updates!

Saturday night we went out to dinner to celebrate Peg's 70th birthday!  Today we had fun at Ashley's "sprinkle shower" to welcome baby #2~  The later pics are Matthew and I tonight having fun with his Elmo puzzle!

Adventure Aquarium

So we all took a day off of work today and went to the Adventure Aquarium!  Matthew loved it!  He tired out kind of quickly though since it was right before lunchtime.  We stopped and got Steve's Prince of Steaks on the way home, put Matthew down for a nap, and did our taxes on-line. Oh what fun, but at least that's done....now just the local taxes...wouldn't have been so bad except I was also trying to install a printer in between filing the taxes!  Now my home email is not working..ahhhh

OK, these pictures are so out of order, but my nerves are shot from the taxes and I cannot deal with this computer anymore....LOL  Now Matthew just colored all over the walls in the playroom and he is proud to show us....!

Here are some random pics of Matthew.  Life has been pretty normal lately, well as I type, he has just pushed the dining room chair over to Daddy's beer-meister and gave the handle a nice pull, great.... he is really into moving chairs and standing on his "ladder" as he calls it!    He is doing great at "school" and has learned to "no push friends".  Well, he says that at least.  I witnessed first-hand, Matthew pushing Chelsea on the playground..... poor little girl just started walking a few weeks ago...... bully?  Already?  I hope not!

Happy New Year!

New Year's Day, the Padden's came over for a tradtional pork and saurkraut dinner, plus real mashed potatos, rolls and dessert (of course)... the kids had a great time....Matthew was so excited when the girls arrived, and Amy said that Lexi cried all the way home because she wanted  to "go to Matthew's house"!
